Mould tool manufacturing

Plastunion has it own department to manufacture injection mould tools. The department consists of a number of skilled tool makers. Tools are developed in-house in China and partly in our own tool department.

A part of the department capacity is set aside for the service and support of existing mould tools. The internal lead time for adjustment and repairs is therefore very short and cost effective ensuring production deadlines are maintained.

We have long experience of in-house purchase of tools in China and is working closely with several suppliers.

For the optimization of production flow Plastunion tool manufacturing department also present peripheral devices for the automation of plastic production as well as prototypes and test tools.
